Ingrid

Ingrid Folsom is a Senior Paralegal at Valor Veterans Law, where she specializes in VA benefits appeals, military discharge upgrades, and estate planning. She brings extensive litigation support experience and a client-centered approach to complex administrative and legal matters affecting veterans and their families.


Ingrid earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and has more than four years of experience as a litigation paralegal, including substantial work in family law. Prior to joining Valor, she served as a paralegal at the Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project (RMVAP), where she supported veterans across multiple practice areas and developed strong expertise in case management, evidentiary development, and client communication.


Her background in family law informs her approach to veterans advocacy, particularly in matters involving high stress, major life transitions, and long-term planning. Ingrid is known for her ability to help clients stay organized, focused, and informed throughout the legal process, even when circumstances feel overwhelming.
